Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test which also known as AP PECET 2018 notification and examination details will announced soon by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on behalf of APSCHE. Applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admissions into Physical Education Courses in Universities and affiliated colleges in AP for the academic year 2018-2019. Eligible and interested candidates may submit their applications through online at official website.

Application Fee and Payment

1. The General category candidates should pay the application fee of Rs 600/- while the SC / ST category candidates have to pay Rs 400/-  

2. The fee may be paid at any  AP Online Centers in AP / Telangna and also through payment Gateway ( Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).

Eligibility Criteria for AP PECET 2018

Nationality and Domicile

1. Candidate should should be of Indian Nationality.

2. Candidate should be belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh only and should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions or 1974 as subsequently amended.  

Educational Qualifications

B.P.Ed Course

1. Candidates should have passed 3rd years degree recognized by any University in Andhra Pradesh or any other University recognized as equivalent there to.

2. The candidates who have appeared in the final year degree examination / compartmentally passed shall also be eligible.Candidates must be required to produce marks memos and pass certificate at the time of counselling.

3. The candidate must have completed 19 years of age on 1 / 7 / 2018.

U.G.D.P.Ed Course

1. The candidate should have passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

2. The candidates who have appeared in the final year Intermediate examination / compartmentally passed shall also be eligible.Candidates must be required to produce marks memos and pass certificate at the time of counseling.

3. The candidate must have completed 16 years of age on 1 / 7 / 2018.

How to Apply-AP PECET 2018 Online Application form

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria PECET, can apply online mode at official website only. The registration process will be held in two phases, in the first phase the aspirant are required to pay the application fee while in the second phase the candidate can fill the online application and submit it. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference.

Step-1 : Payment of Application Fee

How to Make Payment in Offline

1. Visit any of the AP Online center with following mandatory details and pay requisite fee 

Candidate Name, 
Candidate Father Name
Date of Birth
Qualifying examination details
Hall ticket number of SSC and Month, Year of passing
Mobile Number   

2. You will receive a receipt from the application fee payment, containing a "Transaction Id ("Journal Number") from the payment center. Can proceed submission application.

 How to Make Payment in Online

1. Login to the official website, clicking on " Online Payment", select post applying for APPECET & District belongs to, enter the personnel details and filled the all the details in the respective fields .

2. Choose the appropriate option above online mode  select the bank from the droplist,  clicking the "make payment" ,  completing banking process shall receive " Transaction Id (Journal Number)".  Can proceed submission  Application form.

Step-2 : Fill up of  Online Application

1. Login to the official website http://www.appecet.org.in, go through the instructions to fill up the form.Click on the "Apply Online" link.

2. The following registration fee payment procedure webpage will appear on the screen.Select appropriate registration fee payment mode AP Online (or) Debit / Credit card and click.

3. After clicking the button the following "Payment verification" webpage will appear on the screen.Fill all the details in the respective fields completed after clicking the button "Proceed filling application form"application will be displayed.

4. Fill the entire academic, study , reservation and personal details . Upload photo and signature and click "Save" button.

5. Finally click submit button,take the printout application mentioning the "Reference Id" (Registration Id).

Step-3 :  Print the Application

Click on appearing as " Print your Application" link, enter the required details and click submit button.

Exam Pattern for AP PECET 2018

Physical Efficiency Test :  Maximum 400 Marks

The Candidate has to choose either High Jump or Long Jump. Candidate has to mention option in the application. Changing of option at the time of test is not permitted.

Skill Test in Game : Maximum 100 Marks

The skills of the candidate shall be tested in any one of the following games opted by the candidate.

Ball Badminton	Kabaddi
Basketball	Kho-Kho
Cricket	Shuttle Badminton
Football	Tennis
Handball	Volleyball
Hockey

If any Candidate fail to choose any one of these games in the application, the candidate will not be allowed to attend the examination in the skill test and he/she looses the chance to appear for 100 marks skill test. If any candidate choose more than one game, then also, the candidate will not be allowed for the skill test. So, the candidate should fill the application properly by choosing only one game. 

Scruting of original certificates at the time of entrance test.

Candidates should produce the following original certificates at the time of entrance test.

1. Sports Merit Certificates.

2. Pass Certificate in any one of the following courses: U.G.D.P.Ed / NIS / Yoga / Sports Management / Sports Science / Sports Journalism / Olympic Education / Basic Course in Adventure Sport.

3. N.C.C. Certificate (C-Certificate / B-Certificate)

4. One set of attested Photostat copies of all the above certificates along with Photostat copy of Hall Ticket.

Qualifying Marks in AP PECET 2018

Qualifying cutoff mark in the entrance test is 30% (150 marks out of total 500 marks). However for candidate belonging to SC / ST no qualifying percentage marks  is prescribed.
