AP PGLAWCET 2018 : Exam date, Notification, Online application form, Eligibility, Fee,  Exam dates,Syllabus, Exam pattern, Answer key Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test which also known as AP PGLCET 2018 Notification will be announced soon by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuramu on behalf of APSCHE. Applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admissions into LL.M courses in the Universities and affiliated colleges across the Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2018-2019. Eligible and interested candidates may submit their application through online at official website.

Application Fee and Payment 

1. The registration fee is Rs 600/- .

2. The fee may be paid at any AP Online centers and also through Payment Gateway (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).  

Eligibility Criteria for AP PGLCET 2018

Nationality and Domicile 

1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
       
2.  Candidate should be belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh only and should satisfy local / non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh State Educational institutions or 1974 as subsequently amended.

3. Candidate should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as per AP GO MS No 153. 

Educational Qualifications

1. Candidates holding LL.B / B.L  3/5 year degree on the date of application and candidates who have appeared / appearing for LL.B / B.L final year examination are also eligible.

2. The candidate seeking admission into LL.M (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad , shall have a minimum experience of 3-years as a judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing for PGLCET exam.

How to Apply-Online application form for AP PGLCET 2018

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria PGLCET, can apply  online mode only. The registration process will be held in two phases, in the 1st phase the aspirants are required to pay the application fee while in the second phase, the candidates can fill the online application and submit it. Candidate shall  take printout of the application and store it for future reference.



Step-1 : Payment of Application fee

Registration Fee in Offline

1Candidates visit nearest  AP Online center.

2. Provide all necessary details Name,Date of birth,Mobile number and Make the payment.

3. You will receive a receipt of fee at above centers containing "Journal number ". Can proceed will submission of application.

Registration Fee in Online  

1. Login to the official website,clicking on 'online payment' select the post applying for APPGLCET and District belongs to and enter the personal details.

2. Choose the appropriate option mode of 'payment of Gateway' and select the Bank .Clicking on 'make payment' and submit.

3. Completing the banking process shall receive "Journal Number",can proceed will submission of application. 

Step-2 : Fill up of Online application

1. Login to the official website  http://www.aplawcet.org, go through the instructions to fill up the form.Click on the "Apply Online" link.

2. The following registration fee payment procedure webpage will appear on the screen.Select appropriate registration fee payment mode AP Online (or) Debit / Credit card and click.

3. After clicking the button the following "Payment verification" webpage will appear on the screen.Fill all the details in the respective fields completed after clicking the button "Proceed filling application form"application will be displayed.

4. Fill the entire academic, study , reservation and personal details . Upload photo and signature and click "Save" button.

5. Finally click submit button,take the printout application mentioning the "Reference Id" (Registration Id).

Step-3 :   Print the Application

6. Click on appearing as " Print your Application" link, enter the required details and click submit button.

2. Study details for up to Degree / Intermediate

3. Personal details and Address for correspondence 

4. Caste in case of SC / ST / BC candidate.

5. PH,NCC,NSS,CAP,Sports.......etc

6. Income up to one lakh or two lakhs or more than two lakhs.

7. Study or Residence or Relevant certificate for proof of local status.

8. Choice of help line centers is for certificates verification and options at the time of admission.

Nature of the Constitution : Fundamental Rights,Directive Principles of State Policy,Executive Judiciary and Legislature,Center-State Relations Emergency Provisions,Amendments to the Constitution.

Part-B

Public International Law:

International law and Municipal Law,Subjects,State Territory,Air,Sea and Outer Space , Nationality  and  Statelessness, Extradition, Asylum, State Jurisdiction, United Nations.

Mercantile Law:

General principles of contract (sections 1-75,Indian contract ACT-1872).

Labour Law

Trade Union Act 1926,Industrial Disputes ACT 1947.

Crimes

India Penal code -General Principle and General Exceptions.

Torts

General  Principles  of  Tort , Defenses, Joint Liability , State Liability  for  torts , Consumer Protection Act 1986.

IPR and Other Laws

Copy  right  Act , 1957, Patents  Act,1970; Environmental Protection ACT ,1986; Human rights,The protection of human rights ACT, 1993, Salient features of Information Technology , Act , 2000 and Right to information Act 2005.



AP PGLCET 2018 Exam pattern

The entrance test conducted in Online as a Computer Based Test (CBT). The paper will consist of 120 objective type and Multiple choice questions in 1 & 1/1 (90 Minutes) hours duration. Each question has four options out of which one is correct. Each correct answer will awarded 1 mark. The unanswered questions or multiple answers will receive nil marks. No negative marks. Paper will be in English medium only.

Qualifying Marks

Qualifying cut-off mark in the entrance test is 25% ( 30 marks out of total 120 marks). However for candidate belonging to SC / ST "No" minimum qualifying percentage marks is prescribed.

AP PGLCET 2018 Answer Key

The S.K.U University ,Government of A.P will publish the answer key of all papers of test in the official website. Candidates can calculate their marks entrance test, after knowing the total number answers correctly marked by them, with the help of key.If any candidate has complaints regarding the keys / question, the same shall be submitted to the authority , in writing a along with supporting documents, being challenged before date of result.
