Meghalaya HSSLC Result 2018 will be publish soon by Meghalaya Board of School Education in the Month of May. Every year MBOSE on behalf of State Government, conducts examination for Class 10th as well as 12th class. In similar manner Board has conducted XII Class 2018 examination on 14th,February 2018 till 22nd, February 2018. Number of candidates across the State have appeared for the 12th examination at different centers in Meghalaya state for the academic session 2017-2018 in Science, Art's, Commerce, Vocational and other streams etc . All the students who have participated in Plus Two examination have prepared very well to get better marks in class 12th examination. Candidates who are appeared in the Class 12th examination they can check their exam result to entering their roll number from official website.

The MBOSE Board has successfully conducted the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination as per the scheduled time table . Every year thousands of candidates appears for the Meghalaya 12th examination, this year nearly 60 thousand students appeared XII examination. Students have prepared themselves for the exam to score the higher marks so that they can choose the subjects of their own choice in the higher level of education and after the examination, students are searching for result. The Higher Secondary course is an Intermediate / PUC / Class 12th course of two years duration , conducted be state education institutions or boards in India. A person desiring admission to an Indian University must pass this course, which can be considered as a degree bridge course to prepare students for university education, admission to this course is based on marks obtained for the SSLC. The Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination conducted by the MBOSE Board , State Government of Higher Secondary Education in Meghalaya class 12th. The goal of the Academic, Training, Innovation and Research unit of state Education is to achieve academic excellence by conceptualizing policies and their operational planning to ensure balanced academic activities in the schools affiliated to the Board. The Unit strives to provide Scheme of Studies, curriculum, academic guidelines, textual material, support material, enrichment activities and capacity building programmes. The Examination would be conducted in theory as well as in practicals, depending upon the nature of the subject(s) and the marks/grades allotted shall be as prescribed in the curriculum. Awarding the grades the Board shall put all the passed students in a rank order and will award grades.
The Scheme of Examinations and Pass Criteria for All Standard 12th Examination conducted by the Board, shall be as laid down from time to time. The 10+2 must be obtained at the end of term of study at the secondary school after which a student can study at a higher secondary school, which is sometimes called a Higher Secondary Examination / Inter, for two years. After this Twelve-Year period of study student may enter a university of for Under Graduate Studies.The Examination would be conducted in theory as well as in practicals, depending upon the nature of the subject(s) and the marks/grades allotted shall be as prescribed in the curriculum. Awarding the grades the Board shall put all the passed students in a rank order. The board is introduced pattern. there is no choice from several streams instead there are 6 compulsory subjects viz state language, One other Language, Social Science, Science, Mathematics and one subject of moral, Physical, Socially useful productive and Social work education.

Meghalaya Board of School Education popularly known as MBOSE and was established in 1974, but after 1996, when the university (NEHU) discontinued the Pre-University course, it was taken over by the Board, since then all the financial matters, relating with SSLC and HSSLC branch were being dealt by the Board itself. Due to the increasing number of students per year, the work load is also increased . After 1996, the board is handling all the academic matters related with framing of syllabus for all the classes, including 10th and 12th. The board has decided to improve the evaluation system and there results, has set up divisional offices of the board. The board also provides affiliation to many schools / colleges in all over the state. The board responsible for determining the policy related administrative, cognitive and intellectual direction of the state educational system. The board functions extensively and covers wide area including every aspect of education. They leave no stone upturned to provide maintenance education to the studies. The board also arranges for the preparation , compilation, improvement publication, printing and distribution of text books for X,XI, XII are also done by board.The Board conducts the examination each year and provide the certification to qualified students.

MBOSE Result 2018 Top Ten
The Board will be released MBOSE HSSLC Result 2018 along with the total pass percentage of the students, who have written the 12th class exam in 2018 along with pass percentage of the students of Boys and girls separately, district wise merit list, state wise merit list, district wise scores and name and state wide top-10 numbers scores and Names. The result contain a name, roll number, father name, total marks, grade...etc.
The Board has ventured to conduct the supplementary examination for the failed candidate of the examination of March in May month of every year itself, this will enable the students who would be successful in the May examination to join higher education courses in the same academic year from June itself.
