AP POLYCET Counselling 2019, Dates, Certificate Verification, Web Options

AP POLYCET Counselling dates 2019 will be announced by Department of Technical Education on Behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Government. SBTET successfully conducted the AP POLYCET 2019 on April / 2019, a large number candidates were appeared and those who are looking for the admission into all Diploma Courses in Engineering offered at Polytechnics / Institutions (Including Govt / Aided and Un Aided Polytechnics / Institutions and Second shift polytechnics in private engineering colleges) across the Andhra Pradesh state for the academic year 2019-2020. The counselling schedule score wise along with venue will be notified by the conducting body after declaration of the result of the entrance test. There will be online counselling system to  allot the available seats in various colleges in AP. No separate call letters will sent to the qualified candidates for attending the counselling.

Candidates shall have paid the processing fee when candidates attend the certificates verification at  any one of the designated help line center as per the schedule and rank wise. All the candidates should bring all the relevant original certificates and documents as listed below

AP POLYCET 2019 Modification of Options and Freezing

Candidate can change his / her options any number of times during the allotted time, after  allotted time for option entry, if the candidate is not satisfied with the options exercised , he / she and modify the options on the dates notified by the authority and this final opportunity for exercising options.

Final Allotments of seats

Based on the options exercised seat allotment will be made as per merit rank and category SC / ST / BC / PH / NCC/ CAP/ Sport and games quota etc) of the candidate. The final allotment will be placed on the website on the scheduled date announced , the candidate will have to downloaded the allotment order from the official web portal. The details of allotments will be also be sent to the registered mobile number of candidate.

Reporting & Payment of Fee at Polytechnic 

Candidates downloaded allotment order have to report through self-reporting system and report at the allotted colleges also. These two stages are mandatory and mere reporting through self -reporting or reporting at the polytechnic is alone not sufficient to retain a seat. If candidate fails to report through self-reporting and reporting at the allotted polytechnic by the dates stipulated, the allotment stands cancelled and candidate will have to claim for further allotment of seats.
