DSSSB Delhi District Courts Recruitment 2026 Eligibility


Post-wise Educational Qualifications

Senior Personal Assistant (SPA): Graduation Degree from a recognized university with a shorthand speed of 110 wpm and a computer typing speed of 40 wpm.

Personal Assistant (PA): Graduation Degree with a shorthand speed of 100 wpm, computer typing speed of 40 wpm, and basic knowledge of computers.

Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA): Graduation Degree with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm on computers.

Process Server: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass or equivalent, along with a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license and a minimum of 2 years of unblemished driving experience.

Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

 Age Limit & Relaxations

Age Criteria: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as of June 1, 2026 (Candidates must be born between 02.06.1999 and 01.06.2008).

Selection Process

The selection pattern varies based on the post code:

1. Senior PA & Personal Assistant (Post Code 805/26)

  • Tier-I (MCQ Test): 90 Marks (English 50, GK 20, General Intelligence 20).
  • Tier-II (Descriptive Test): 75 Marks (Essay 30, Grammar 25, Translation 20).
  • Tier-III (Skill Test): Shorthand & Typing Test (Qualifying nature).
  • Tier-IV (Interview): 10 Marks. Final merit calculated on Tier-II + Tier-IV.

2. Junior Judicial Assistant (Post Code 806/26)

  • Tier-I (MCQ Test): 120 Marks (English 60, GK 30, General Intelligence 30).
  • Tier-II (Descriptive Test): 100 Marks (Essay 50, Grammar 30, Translation 20).
  • Tier-III (Skill Test): Typing test @ 40 wpm (Qualifying).
  • Tier-IV (Interview): 15 Marks. Final merit calculated on Tier-II + Tier-IV.

3. Process Server (Post Code 807/26)

  • Tier-I (MCQ Test): 100 Marks (Bilingual: English, Hindi, GK, Arithmetic - 25 marks each).
  • Tier-II (Driving Test): Practical driving test under traffic conditions (Qualifying).
  • Tier-III (Interview): 15 Marks. Final merit calculated on Tier-I + Tier-III.

4. Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon (Post Code 808/26)

  • Tier-I (MCQ Test): 100 Marks (Bilingual: English, Hindi, GK, Arithmetic - 25 marks each)
  • Tier-II (Interview): 15 Marks. Final merit calculated on Tier-I + Tier-II.
