UK JEEP 2023, UK Polytechnic 2023 : Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Roorkee will soon announce the Uttarakhand Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnics-UBTER JEEP 2023 on behalf of State Government. Eligibility Criteria for Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2023
Nationality and Domicile
Candidate should be of Indian Nationality and should be permanent resident of Uttarakhand.
Educational Qualifications
1. Diploma in Engineering / Technology : The candidate must have passed 10th class with Physics and Mathematics and has obtained has at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
2. Diploma at Lateral Entry in Engineering / Technology : The candidate must have passed class 12th or ITI from any recognized board.
3. Diploma in Pharmacy : The candidate must have passed 12th class with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology from any recognized Board or its equivalent.
4. Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology : The candidate must have passed class 12th with English subject from any recognized board.
5. Diploma in Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice : The candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized Board or its equivalent. The subject Hindi and English is compulsory in 10th / 12th class.
6. PG Diploma in Computer Application : The candidate must have passed Graduation from any recognized University.
7. Diploma in Engineering Fashion Designing / Garment Designing / Textile Designing (Female Candidates only) : The candidate must have passed 10th standard with minimum 35% marks.
8. Candidate who are appearing / appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the entrance test. Candidates should be required to produce marks memo and pass certificate at the time of admission

The General / OBC category candidates should pay the application fee of Rs 800/– while the SC / ST reserved candidates have to pay Rs 500/-

How to Apply- Uttarakahand Polytechnic (UK JEEP) 2023 Application form
The application form will be available in the month of January. After satisfying the eligibility criteria UK-JEEP exam, candidate can get the application form any polytechnic institution of Uttrakhnad state. After filling the application form, candidate have to pay the application fee and submit nearest polytechnic institution. Application process given below
Application Procedure-1
1.Visit nearest any polytechnic Institution and have to purchase the application form or through post method
2. After fill all the details about Candidate name, father name / mother name / Guardian name, Date of birth, region, special category, details, Address for Communicationand all study, academic, Examination centre, reservation details personal details and put candidate and parent / guardian sign.
3. Then latest passport size photograph pasted on the application form and attach all the required documents. Take the printout of the filled application for feature reference.
4. Filled application and related documents send to below address through Speed post / Registered post in such a manner that it should be reach Board’s office with in the last date.

Application Procedure-2 UK-JEEP 2023 Apply Online
The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria UK-JEEP exam, can apply online/ mode at official website only. Candidate has to register for before filling the application then login the Application Number and Password. After filling the application form , then pay the fee. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference. UK JEEP 2023 Online Application Procedure given below
1.Logging to the official website http://www.ubter.in, click on the “Online Application for JEEP 2023 “.
2. Now click on the link ” Click Here to Apply”, a new page appear on the screen, read the instructions before filling the application.
3. After Select the course, click on the “Apply for Diploma courses”. If you want to apply for Modern office management courses of girls polytechnic select ” Apply for Diploma Course of Modern Office Management”.
4. After clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Application page, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details.
5. After successful saving the study details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph , signature and click on the ” Save and Proceed to Next Step ” button. Once the application is save an application number will be generate, please note them for future reference.
6. After , take a printout of bank challan by clicking Print Bank Challan link.
8. Again login to the official website, click “online application for JEEP”, after click on the link ” Applicant Login” appearing as top menu bar.
9. After new page appear on the screen enter Application number and Date of Birth and click Sign in.
10.After click on the ” Enter Fee payment details” button, fill the required details and click submit. Take two copies of printout of filled application .

The candidate should fill the name of examination centre where he / she wants appear in the test. Examination centre once opted by the candidate shall not be changed under any circumstances, however University reserves the right to allot any centre in view of the exigencies.

Exam pattern for UK JEEP 2023
The entrance test conducted in Offline as Paper-Pen Based Test . The paper will consist of 100 objective type and Multiple choice questions in 3 hours duration. Each question has four options out of which one is correct. Each correct answer will awarded 1 mark. The unanswered questions or multiple answers will receive nil marks.There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
