AP DEECET  Merit List 2021

Department of School Education, Hyderabad declares the state Merit list based on the Scores obtained by the candidates in Computer Based Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test conducted 3 spells in the subjects of Mathematics, Biological Science, Physical science, Social studies  online on May/ 2021. A state merit ranking has been arrived based on the Score of the candidate. The qualifying score has been based on self declared Category by the candidate. Designated Admission authorities will be responsible to ascertain the Category of the candidate from their valid original documents at the time of admission. The scores obtained have been calculate by assigning

➤ 0 Mark for in incorrect answer

➤ 0 Marks for no answers

A merit ranking has been arrived based on the Total score of AP DEECET Results 2021. In case scores are same for more than one candidate, the ranking has been one candidate, the ranking has been done on sectional score considered.

The candidates should have passed 10+2 and secured a rank in DEECET 2021 conduct for the academic year concerned for admission into Government DIETS and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions. All the Category ‘A’ seats shall be filled by admitting the candidates as allotted by the Convener in case of Non Minority institutions and in case of Minority Institutions by the Convener depending upon the option exercised by the Institutions and as per the Rules.All the 20%, category ‘B’ seats of Un-aided non minority and Minority Elementary Teacher Training Institutions shall be filled by the respective institutions. The Admission of the candidate made in Un-Aided Non-Minority/ Minority Elementary Teacher Training Institutions under Category ‘B’ shall be subject to scrutiny by the Convener. Subject wise allotment of seats for admission into D.EL.Ed course

All the qualified candidates are also required to take a printout of the score card. AP DEECET 2021 Cutoff / Qualifying marks

The cutoff marks are very important for each appearing candidate. The candidate can get an idea of minimum marks required for qualification of the exam by knowledge of the cutoff marks. The cutoff marks will be on the basis of number of applicants and complexity of this exam.

Salient Features 

1.Separate Score Cards will not be sent by email or by post to the candidates.

1.  The DIETCET 2021 exam score will be valid for one year from the date of announcement of the result for admission in DEd course.

3. Admission to 85% of seats shall be reserved for local candidates and 15% of the seats shall be left unreserved of specified in the AP Educational Institution order  1974 as amended

4. The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with minimum percentage of marks when he/she is called for the counseling for admission, failing which the qualified candidates next in Rank would be admitted.

5. Admissions pertaining to all the colleges will be made through counseling at various helpline centers .

6. If a candidate reports after the counseling for the subject in a given phase is over such a candidate will be considered for admission in the next phase of counseling subject to the availability of vacancy in the subject and category concerned.
