Arunachal Pradesh DIET Colleges, Arunachal Pradesh D.El.Ed Colleges : Diploma in Education- DEd /Diploma in Elementary Education-D.El.Ed is a certificate level teacher training programme. D.El.Ed. course can be pursued by students who have passed Higher Secondary 10+2 (any stream) from a recognized board. The course has been designed to improve the elementary level teacher workforce in India. D.El.Ed course is essential for appearing in TET and CTET examinations for the aspiring Elementary level teachers in India.
D.El.Ed. course is technically an elementary teacher training course. Diploma in Elementary Education is similar to D.Ed. (Diploma in Education), Teacher Training Course- TTC, Primary Teaching Certificate (PTC), Basic Training Certificate-BTC, Basic School Teaching Course-BSTC and Elementary Teacher Training courses-ETT. This courses have similar syllabus and course structure.
These courses also offer similar job opportunities.After completing 2 years long academic program, D.El.Ed. professionals become eligible to work at elementary level schools and similar educational institutes imparting elementary education. Arunachal Pradesh D.El.Ed Admission : Arunachal Pradesh D.El.Ed Notification are to be declared on 1st week of June for admission to First year of D.El.Ed course at Government DIET’s and private Institutes.
The selection of the candidates shall be made strictly on merit basis by a board constituted at each DIET. The merit will be determined by the percentage of marks secured in Class XII examination. If total marks of two candidates secured in Class XII examination are found equal, higher marks in Class X will determine the merit.
