Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka ITI Admission 2023

Nationality and Domicile

The candidate must be a citizen of India and must a resident of Karnataka.

Educational Qualifications

1.Candidate must have Passed 8th /10th Std. examination or its equivalent examination with minimum 35% aggregate marks, from any recognized Board or its equivalent.

2. Candidates must have Mathematics & Science as their mandatory subject in the qualifying examination .

Age Limit

The candidates should have completed the age of 14 years on 1st August of the year in which notification issued.There shall be no maximum age limit for ITI admission.

How to Apply- Application form for Karnataka ITI 2023

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria Karnataka ITI Admissions, can apply online mode at official website only.  Candidate has to register for before filling the application then login the Application Number and Password. After filling the application form , then pay the fee. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference. Karnataka ITI 2023  Online Application Procedure given below 

1.Logging to the official website emptrg.kar.nic.in, click on the “Registration to ITI courses  “.

2. Now click on the link ” Click Here to All Online Application Submission 2023″, a new page appear on the screen, read the instructions before filling the application.

3. After Select the course, click on the “Apply for / Engineering /  Non- Engineering “. 

4. After clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Application page, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details.

5. After successful saving the study details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph , signature and click on the ” Save and Proceed to Next Step ” button. Once the application is save an application number will be generate, please note them for future reference. 

6. Again login to the official website, click “online application for ITI Courses”, after click on the link ” Applicant Login” appearing as top menu bar. 

7. After new page appear on the screen enter Application number and Date of Birth and click Sign in. 

8.After click on the ” Enter Fee payment details” button, fill the required details and click submit. Take two copies of printout of filled application . Put your left thumb impression in the given space provided in the print application.

List of Documents Required for ITI Admission

Admission will be given to candidates after the verification of documents & fee submission. The following documents will be required.

• 8th class mark sheet
• 10th mark sheet & certificate
• Caste certificate (if required)
• Migration certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Nativity certificate
• Multiple passport size photographs

Karnataka ITI Results / Merit list 2023

After completion of application submission process to declare the result and same will hosted on the website. There will be combined merit list along the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in ITI admission. All the candidates who have submitted the application, category wise rank as per marks secured in the 8th  / 10th Examination. 

Karnataka ITI Counselling 2023

Karnataka ITI counseling procedure will begin after preparing the Merit List. The software shall process all applications and finalize the selection list for each of the ITIs as per the merit, reservation, weightage and choice of preference of the applicant. Applicant whose name will be present in the merit list will be invited for counseling session. It will be mandatory for eligible candidates to participate in person in the counseling session. The merit list and the intimation letters for selected applicants shall be made available in the website.

Admissions shall be made through ON-LINE counselling, the Board. 85% seats shall be reserved for the internal candidates from within the State of Karnataka and 15% shall be open to all candidates from outside Karnataka, on all India basis.Detailed instructions for online admission procedure will also be available on Board’s websites .
