About Nagaland Class 12 Result 2019
The Nagaland Board of School Education shortly called as NBSE and was established on 15th, November, 1973, located at Cohima. It started functioning from the 1st October 1974 and in March 1975, the board held its first October 1974 and in March 1975, the Board held its first High School Leaving Certificate Examination at 6 centers for 2008 candidates. Text books written or selected in accordance with the newly framed curriculum were put into use for classes 9 and 10 from 1981 and 1982 respectively. In 1986, an significant development marked the HSLC examination process with the introduction of centrally coded answer books for centralized.
Today the board is entrusted to meet the demands of modern day education which has undergone rapid change in a highly globalized environment. We cannot remain aloof and have to be a part of the change.In the intense competitive environment we are pacing ourselves with contemporary thoughts. We are encouraging the use of technology and conducting regular training programs for our staff as well as thousands of teachers who are the linchpin of the education system. Responsibilities of the Board
- Grant and withdraw recognition to the SSLC and HSSLC Schools.
- Advise the government on matters of policy relating secondary and higher secondary education in general and other matters.
- Lay down guiding principles regarding curricula and syllabus for entire secondary and higher secondary courses and to prepare the detailed syllabus for all standards of 11th and 12th.
- Advise the Government in standard requirement in respect of staff, buildings, furniture, equipment , stationery and other amenities required for Higher Secondary schools.
- Prescribe and prepare text-books for all standards of secondary and higher secondary educations.
- Prescribe conditions for admission of regular and private candidates to the final examinations.
- Declare the results of the candidates at the final examination..
NBSE HSSLC Results Analysis

In the year 2016, an number of students appeared for the examination 14,508 which 87.50 were boys and 89.12 were girls and the overall percentage is 88.62. Compartment Examination
The Nagaland Board of School Education has ventured to conduct the Supplementary examination for the failed candidate of the examination of March in June month of every year itself, this will enable the students who would be successful in the June examination to join higher education courses in the same academic year from July itself. According to official notification , the candidates who have failed to clear the exam can submit their examination form and fee for supplementary examination.
The Board will be released Nagaland HSSLC Result 2019 along with the total pass percentage of the students, who have written the 12th class exam in 2019 along with pass percentage of the students of Boys and girls separately, state wise merit list, country wise merit list, top-10 number scores and name and state wide top-10 numbers scores and Names. The result contain a name, roll number, father name, total marks, grade…etc. Candidates can check the result SMS or online modes. The original mark sheet and passing certificate would be collected from the respective colleges / schools.
