Odisha DET 2023, Odisha Diploma 2023 : Directorate of Technical Education & Training (DTE&T), Cuttack on behalf of Odisha State Government will soon announce the Odisha Diploma Entrance Test -Odisha Diploma 2023. Applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admissions into Diploma Courses in Engineering / Engineering (Lateral Entry) / Non-Engineering courses offered at Polytechnics / Institutions (Including Govt / Aided and Un Aided Polytechnics / Institutions) across the Odisha state for the academic year 2023-2024. Admissions will be based on candidates merit in the qualifying examinations (10th /12th ). Eligible candidates may apply through online Application form only through the official website. Eligibility Criteria for Odisha DET 2023
Nationality and Domicile
Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
Educational Qualifications & Age Limit
Diploma in Engineering & Technology (3-Years) :
The candidate should have passed 10th class (HSC) or equivalent examination with minimum 35% aggregate marks, from any recognized Board or its equivalent.
Age Limit
Not below 14 years as on 01.01.2023
Lateral Entry-2nd year of Diploma in Engineering courses (Two Years):
The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent Examination with PCM OR 10+2 with Vocational OR 10th + (2 years ITI) with appropriate Trade , from any recognized Board or its equivalent.
Age Limit
Not below 14 years as on 01.01.2023
Modern Office Management (MOM) (3-Years) :
The candidate should have passed 10+2 Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its equivalent examination in Science/ Arts/ Commerce/ Vocational recognized by CHSE, Odisha.

Not below 16 years as on 01.01.2023
Hotel Management & Catering Technology (HM&CT) (3-Years) :
The candidate should have passed 10+2 Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its equivalent examination in Science/ Arts/ Commerce/ Vocational recognized by CHSE, Odisha.

Diploma in Pharmacy (2- Years) :
Candidate should have Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject, from any recognized Board or its equivalent.
Beauty Culture (3-Years) :
The candidate should have passed 10th class (HSC) or equivalent examination from any recognized Board or its equivalent.

How to Apply-Odisha DET Online application form 2023
The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria entrance exam, can apply online mode only.The registration process will be held in two phases, in the 1st phase the aspirants are required to pay the application fee while in the second phase, the candidates can fill the Odisha DET Online application 2023 and submit it. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference.
1.Logging to the official website http://www.dtetodisha.gov.in or http://skill.samsodisha.gov.in, click on the “Online Application for Odisha DET 2023 “.
2. Now click on the link ” Click Here to Apply”, a new page appear on the screen, read the instructions before filling the application.
3. After Select the course, click on the “Apply for Diploma courses”. Diploma in Engineering / Engineering (Lateral Entry) / Non-Engineering .
4. After clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Application page, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details.
5. After successful saving the study details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph , signature and click on the ” Save and Proceed to Next Step ” button. Once the application is save an application number will be generate, please note them for future reference.
8. Again login to the official website, click “online application for Diploma”, after click on the link ” Applicant Login” appearing as top menu bar.
9. After new page appear on the screen enter Application number and Date of Birth and click Sign in.
10.After click on the ” Enter Fee payment details” button, fill the required details and click submit. Take two copies of printout of filled application . Put your left thumb impression in the given space provided in the print application.
Odisha DET Results 2023
After completion of application submission process to declare the result and same will hosted on the website. There will be combined merit list along the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in Diploma admission. All the candidates who have submitted the application, category wise rank as per marks secured in the 10th / 12th Examination.
Odisha Diploma Counselling 2023
The Odisha Diploma 2023 counselling schedule score wise along with venue will be notifies by the organizing authority after declaration of result. Admissions shall be made through counselling with the Board. 85% seats shall be reserved for the internal candidates from within the State of Odisha and 15% shall be open to all candidates from outside Odisha , on all India basis.Detailed instructions for online admission procedure will also be available on Board’s websites.
