TS ICET 2022 Syllabus
The Kakatiya University, Warangal conducts the TS ICET Entrance Examination every year for the admission to MBA , MCA courses in Govt / Private colleges in Telangana . TSCHE has decided to conduct the TS ICET 2022 examination April / 2022. Aspirants who had completed the submission of Application form between the dates, can start preparing for the TS ICET Examination 2022. Here the applicants must have the proper preparation to write the examination and score better marks. What is the Syllabus of TS ICET 2022
The ICET Exam is for all students who aspire to pursue MBA and MCA professional courses in various colleges of Telangana. TS ICET Examination paper contain 3-Sections . Syllabus of Analytical Ability , Mathematical Ability and Communication Ability. Almost all the Topics which is given on the Syllabus are the scoring topics Only. Without leaving any single topics in the syllabus, we have given all the Topics sectioned here for the candidates better way of the preparation Process.
- Section-A : Analytical Ability :
I.Data Sufficiency :
A question is given followed by data in the form of two statements labelled as (i) and (ii ). If the data given in (i) alone is sufficient to answer the question then choice (1) is the correct answer. If the data given in (ii) alone is sufficient to answer the question then choice (2) is the correct answer. If both (i) and
(ii) put together are sufficient to answer the question but neither statement alone is sufficient, then choice (3) is the correct answer. If both (i) and (ii) put together are not sufficient to answer the question and additional data is needed, then choice (4) is the correct answer.
II.Problem Solving :
Sequences and Series :-
Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a:b::c:d relationship; odd thing out: missing number in a sequence or a series.
Data Analysis :-
The data given in a Table, Graph, Bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn Diagram or a Passage is to be analyzed and the questions pertaining to the data are to be answered.
III.Coding and Decoding Problems :-
A code pattern of English Alphabet is given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded based on the given code or codes.
IV. Date, Time & Arrangement Problems :-
Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation.
- Section-B: Mathematical Ability :
I.Arithmetical Ability
Laws of indices, ratio and proportion; surds; numbers and divisibility, l.c.m. and g.c.d; Rational numbers, Ordering.; Percentages; Profit and loss; Partnership, Pipes and cisterns, time, distance and work problems, areas and volumes, mensuration, modular arithmetic.
II. Algebraical and Geometrical Ability
Statements, Truth tables, implication converse and inverse
Tautologies-Sets, Relations and functions, applications
Equation of a line in different forms.
Trigonometry – Trigonometric ratios, Trigonometric ratios of standard angles, (0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 180°): Trigonometric identities: sample problems on heights and distances
Polynomials; Remainder theorem and consequences; Linear equations and expressions
Progressions
Binomial Theorem
Matrices
Notion of a limit and derivative
Plane geometry – lines, Triangles, Quadrilaterals, Circles
Coordinate geometry-distance between points.
III. Statistical Ability
Frequency distributions, Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviation, Correlation, simple problems on Probability.
- Section-C: Communication Ability
1. Identify vocabulary used in day-to-day communication.
2. Understand the functional use of grammar in day-to-day communication as well as in business contexts.
3. Identify the basic terminology and concepts in computer and business contexts (letters, reports, memoranda, agenda, minutes etc.).
4. Understand written text and drawing inferences.

The organizing authority will provide facility of downloading online admit cards of entrance exam on the official website tentatively from 2nd week of March. The admit card bear the candidate roll number, name, father name, category, sub-category, photograph, signature, date of birth, language of question paper with name and address of of examination centre allotted , candidate should carefully examine all the entry’s. Hall ticket will not sent by post.

The authority will publish the answer key of the test in the official website. Candidate can calculate their marks in entrance test, after knowing the total number of answers correctly marked by them, with the help of key. If any candidate has complaints regarding the key questions the same shall be submitted to organizing authority in writing a along with supporting documents being challenges before date of result.

The authority will conduct the entrance examination. evaluate the answer sheets and likely to declare the result by the last week of May and same will hosted on the website. There will be combined merit list along the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in the said examination. All the candidates appeared for the entrance test will awarded test wise rank as per marks secured in the test appeared.

The counselling schedule score wise along with venue will be notifies by the organizing authority after declaration of result, of the entrance test. There will be web based counselling system to allot the available seat in various colleges. The details of ranks distributed help line centre wise for certificate verification and all other important information is placed on the website. No separate call letters sent to qualified candidates for attending the counselling. All candidates appearing ICET 2022 examination must remain in touch with the website of ICET.
