Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (C.G.P.E.B), Raipur on behalf of State Government will soon announce the Pre Polytechnic Test -PPT Exam 2019. Generally CG Vyapam give the CG PPT Notification 2019 and examination details in the month of March for who are looking for the admissions Diploma in Engineering or Technology at Government / Private Polytechnic colleges across the Chhattisgarh state for the academic year 2019-2020. Eligible candidates may apply entrance test through online Application form only through the official website.

Candidate should be of Indian Nationality and should bonafide resident of Chhattisgarh.
Educational Qualifications
1. Candidates should have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Science from any recognized Board or its equivalent.
2. Candidates should obtained a minimum at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
3. Candidates should have passed in Mathematics and Science separately.
4. Candidate who are appearing / appeared for the 10th class are also eligible to apply for the entrance test. Candidates should be required to produce marks memo and pass certificate at the time of admission.
Age Limit
Candidates should not be more than 30 years of age as on 31st July of the year of admission.

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria PPT exam, can apply online/ mode at official website only. Candidate has to register for before filling the application then login the Application Number and Password. After filling the application form , then pay the fee. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference. The Application process step by step given below
Application Fee and Payment

The payment of registration fee would be through online Payment (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) as well as KIOSK Portal of Board / SBI Challan.
1. Logging to the official website http://cgvyapam.choice.gov.in , click on the “Online Admission PPT 2019 “.
2. Now click on the link ” Online Form”, after clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Registration page, fill the details are Candidate name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name as it is in the 10th Standard Marks cards, Active E-Mail Id, Working Mobile Number, choose User Id , Pass word and Answer the secret question.
3. Completing registration details entry, then click “Submit” button, after successful registration candidate will receive on Application Number and User Id to their mobile number and Email- Id and same will be displayed on the screen. Please note them Registration Number and Password for future reference.
4. Then a Login Prompt will be displayed on the home page and candidates are required to enter the Registration / User ID and Password created by them and Login.
5. Reading all the instructions, clicking on the link “Apply Online”, after clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Application page, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details.
6. After successful saving the study details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph , signature and click on the ” Save and Proceed to Next Step ” button.
7. After clicking on the button, in the Declaration candidate will be directed to the payment tab.
8. The fee can be remitted through Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking , SBI Challan or through Kiosk. Take print out of the filled application form for feature reference.

The following information must be kept ready for filling the details during CG PPT Application form 2019.
1. Hall ticket number / Year of passing , place of study ,percentage for qualifying examination.

4. Caste in case of SC / ST / BC candidate.

6. Income certificate

Exam Centers
The candidate should fill the name of examination centre where he / she wants appear in the test. Examination centre once opted by the candidate shall not be changed under any circumstances, however autority reserves the right to allot any centre in view of the exigencies.
Exam pattern
The entrance test conducted in Offline as Paper-Pen Based Test . The paper will consist of 150 objective type and Multiple choice questions in 3 hours duration. Each question has four options out of which one is correct. Each correct answer will awarded 1 mark. The unanswered questions or multiple answers will receive nil marks.There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Hall tickets
The organizing authority will provide facility of downloading online admit cards of entrance exam on the official website tentatively from 2nd week of May. Hall ticket will not sent by post / e-mail.
Results
The board will conduct the entrance examination. evaluate the answer sheets and likely to declare the result by the last week of May and same will hosted on the website. There will be combined merit list along the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in the said examination.
Answer Key
Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board will publish the answer key of the test in the official website. Candidate can calculate their marks in entrance test, after knowing the total number of answers correctly marked by them, with the help of key
Counselling
The counselling schedule score wise along with venue will be notifies by the organizing authority after declaration of result, of the entrance test. There will be centralized counselling system to allot the available seat in various colleges. All candidates appearing CG PPT 2019 examination must remain in touch with the website of Board.
