The West Bengal CHSE Board has successfully conducted the Senior Secondary Examination as per the scheduled time table. The Senior Secondary examination conducted by the Secondary Education , Governmental board of school education in West Bengal state class 12th, the goal of the Academic, Training, Innovation and their operational planning to ensure balanced academic activities in the schools affiliated to the Board. The Unit strives to provide Scheme of Studies, curriculum, academic guidelines, textual material, support material, enrichment activities and capacity building programmes. The Examination would be conducted in theory as well as in practicals, depending upon the nature of the subject(s) and the marks/grades allotted shall be as prescribed in the curriculum.
The Senior Secondary course is an Higher Secondary level course of two years duration , conducted be state education institutions or boards in India. The Government of West Bengal has established the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, Act 1975. The council is the main body which looks after the education system in the 10+2. According to official notification , the candidates who have failed to clear the exam can submit their examination form and fee for supplementary examination.
