The BIE Andhra Pradesh Board has successfully conducted the Senior Secondary Examination as per the scheduled AP Intermediate time table 2020 . Every year lakh of candidates appears for the 12th and 11th examination for all districts, this year nearly 11 lakhs students appeared +2, +1 Board examination. The board regulates and supervises the system of Secondary and Higher Secondary education in the state, executes and governs various activities that include devising of courses of study, prescribing syllabus, conducting internal, Practical and final examinations. Keeping in mind the increased number of registered students for Board exam, the authority is anticipating the pass percentage and success ratio of students to be higher compared to last year.

The Intermediate course is an Higher Secondary level course of two years duration , conducted be state education institutions or boards in India. About AP Junior Inter / Senior Inter Results 2020

The Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh, AP was established in 1971, to regulate and supervise the system of Intermediate education in the state of Andhra Pradesh and to specify the courses of study and matters connected their with offices. Andhra Pradesh is the first state in the country which adopted the 10+2+3 pattern of education. Due to the increasing number of students per year, the work load is also increased and the board is handling all the academic matters related with framing of syllabus for all the classes 11th, 12th Class It examines those who have completed a prescribed course of XI,XII study and awards certificates to the successful candidates.

Functions of the Board

• To make necessary arrangements for smooth conduct of public examination at Intermediate level. At present the Board conducts public examinations at General and Vocational in Junior / Senior  .

• To prescribe the curriculum, courses of studies and text books for Inter education. The Board has a full- fledged academic wing, having subject experts in all the major subjects

• The main responsibility of this wing is to prepare and revise the syllabuses regularly and then prepare text books accordingly.

• To arrange for the preparations, compilation, improvement, publication, printing and sale of text books.

• To make necessary arrangements for affiliations of schools to the Board.

• To make efforts to bring about qualitative improvement in Intermediate education.

The Intermediate public examination is being conducted 1978-79 both at the end of 1st year course and at the end of 2nd year course . Earlier the public examination was only at the each of second year. Earlier the public examination are examined in Part-I English, Part-II Second Language and Part-III Group subjects for 500 marks in First year and 500 marks in 2nd year in Art’s Group and 470 marks in First year and 530 marks in 2nd year MPC Group and 440 marks in 1st year and 560 marks in 2nd year for the Bi.P.C . The percentage of pass marks in each paper in 35 . The division in which the candidate are placed is decided on the basis of their passing all the papers in the 1st year and in the 2nd year. BIEAP has few changes in AP Intermediate Education for academic year 2017-18, the grading system is only for inter first year, their is no grades for Inter second year marking system.

BIEAP Board has conducted in a 1st year, 2nd year examinations and declares AP Inter Results 2020 in the month of may every year. The board responsible for determining the policy related administrative, cognitive and intellectual direction of the state wide educational system. Step-3 :  Select 1st Year / 2nd Year and General / Vocational

The students can easily get their class 11th, 12th results declared by the board. The students need to enter their date of birth, hall ticket number and send it to the specified number. Compartment Examination

The BIEAP has ventured to conduct the Supplementary examination for the failed candidate of the examination of March in June month of every year itself, this will enable the students who would be successful in the June examination to join higher education courses in the same academic year from July itself. According to official notification , the candidates who have failed to clear the exam can submit their examination form and fee for supplementary examination.

The Board will be released AP Inter Results 2020 along with the total pass percentage of the students, who have written the 11th, 12th class exam in 2020 along with pass percentage of the students of Boys and girls separately, state wise merit list,  top-10 number scores and name and state wide top-10 numbers scores and Names. The result contain a name, roll number, father name, total marks, grade…etc. Candidates can check the result SMS or online modes. The original mark sheet and passing certificate would be collected from the respective colleges / schools.
