AP Model School Admission 2023  Notification details will be announced soon by Education Department under the Andhra Pradesh State Government. Applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admission into 6th class (English Medium)  in AP model schools across the AP State for the academic year 2023-2024. There will be no common entrance test for admission to AP Model Schools . Eligible and interested candidates may apply APMS 2023  through online Application form only through the official website.

Application Fee and Payment

1.Registration fee is Rs : 50/-

2. The fee has to be may be paid online only using payment Gateway (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking).

AP Model School Admission 2023 Eligibility

1. During the year Candidates must by studying 5th Class in a Government School or in a School recognized by Govt of AP.

2. The students are eligible to apply for a School in their Native -District only. The native district of the candidate, that means place where the students studied for a period of two years in Class 4th (2019-2020) and 5th Class (2021-2022) in Schools recognized  by Govt of AP or Native place as certified by the component authority. 

3. SC / ST Students should have born between 01 / 09 / 2009 to 31 /08 / 2012

4. OC / BC / BC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01/  09 / 2010 to 31 /08 /2012.

5. The Parental income should not exceed Rs 1,00,000 per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the component authority.

How To Apply- AP Model School Admission Online Application Form  2023

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria APMS 2022, can apply online mode only.  The application process will be held in single phase, The candidate login the official web portal,   fill the online application and submit it . Candidate shall take a print of the application and store it, for future reference. Application form  process, step by step given below 

Step-1 : Payment of Application Fee

1. Login to the official website  https://apms.apcfss.in

2. clicking on “Online Payment”,  new webpage is appear on the screen

3. Select post applying for APMS & District belongs to, enter the personnel details and filled the all the details in the respective fields .

4. Choose the appropriate option above online mode  select the bank from the droplist,  clicking the “make payment” ,  completing banking process shall receive ” Transaction Id (Journal Number)”.  Can proceed submission  Application form.

Step-2 : Fill up of  APMS  2023 Online Application

1. Login to the official website, go through the instructions to fill up the form.Click on the “Submit Application“ link.

2.After clicking the button the following “Payment verification” webpage will appear on the screen.

3. Fill all the details in the respective fields completed after clicking the button “Proceed filling application form” application will be displayed.

4. Fill the  details of candidate, enter , Name of the candidate, Surname, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Select the Gender, enter the Date of Birth

5. Enter Medium of study in class  , Medium in which candidate desires to appears for the test, Name of the Native District as per study, Reservation  Under Special category, category course opted.

6. Enter the Postal Address (House Number, Village, Mandal, District, Pin code, Mobile Number).

7. Upload photo (3.5 * 4.5 cm) and signature and click “Save” button.

8.  Finally click submit button,take the printout application mentioning the “Reference Id” (Registration Id).

The following information must be kept ready for filling the details during AP Model School Admission Application Form 2023

1. Study details for 3rd class and 4th class 

2. Personal details for Name,father name,mother name,mobile number, Aadhaar number…..etc

3. Caste Certificate

Income Certificate.

5. PH,NCC,NSS,CAP,Sports certificate

6.Study or Residence or Relevant certificate for proofof local status.

7.Choice of help line centers is for certificates verification and options at the time of admission.

9. Recent color photograph(4.5 cms* 3.5 cms)

AP Model School Admission Results 2023 

There will be combined merit list along the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in the said examination. All the candidates appeared for the entrance test will awarded AP Model School Admission 2022 test wise rank as per marks secured in the test appeared.
