Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC), Government of Gujarat state will soon announce the Gujarat Diploma Admission 2023 Notification. Applications are invited from candidates who intend to take admissions into  Diploma courses at Government / Aided polytechnics and Private polytechnics colleges across the state for the academic session 2023-2024. Generally authority given the Polytechnic Admission procedure in June and there is no separate entrance exam conducted by authority,   Admissions will be based on candidates merit in qualifying examinations  (10th /12th ), so who are eligible and interested this courses can submit their applications through offline / Online mode, check latest updates from official website http://acpdc.co.in.

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat Diploma 2023

Nationality and Domicile

Candidate should be of Indian Nationality and should satisfy Local / Non Local status requirement.

Educational Qualifications

1. Should have passed S.S.C  (10th) or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Science and English  by securing 35% marks in aggregate , from any recognized Board or its equivalent.

2. Should have passed S.S.C  (10th) or equivalent examination with  ITI Relevant Trade  , from any recognized Board or its equivalent. OR

3. Should have passed Class 8 along with certificate course of two or more years conducted by NCVT or GCVT

The General category candidates should pay the application fee of Rs 100/- while the SC / ST /category-1 candidates have to pay Rs 50/-

How to Apply- Application form for Gujarat Diploma 2023

The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria Gujarat Polytechnic exam, can apply online mode at official website only.  Candidate has to register for before filling the application then login the Application Number and Password. After filling the application form , then pay the fee. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference. Gujarat Polytechnic 2023  Online Application Procedure given below 

1.Logging to the official website http://acpdc.co.in, click on the “Registration to Diploma courses  “.

2. Now click on the link ” Click Here to Apply”, a new page appear on the screen, read the instructions before filling the application.

3. After Select the course, click on the “Apply for / First-year diploma after SSC / First-year diploma after TEB / First-year diploma after ITI”. 

4. After clicking the link you will redirected to Candidate Application page, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details.

5. After successful saving the study details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph , signature and click on the ” Save and Proceed to Next Step ” button. Once the application is save an application number will be generate, please note them for future reference.

6. After , take a printout of bank challan by clicking Print Bank Challan link. 

7. Deposit application fee along with the generated challan in any Bank. 

8. Again login to the official website, click “online application for Diploma Courses”, after click on the link ” Applicant Login” appearing as top menu bar. 

9. After new page appear on the screen enter Application number and Date of Birth and click Sign in. 

10.After click on the ” Enter Fee payment details” button, fill the required details and click submit. Take two copies of printout of filled application . Put your left thumb impression in the given space provided in the print application.

Gujarat Polytechnic Results 2023

After completion of application submission process to declare the result and same will hosted on the website. There will be combined merit list along the category-wise merit list for all the candidates participating in Diploma admission. All the candidates who have submitted the application, category wise rank as per marks secured in the SSC Examination. 

Gujarat Polytechnic Counselling 2023

The Gujarat Polytechnic 2023 counselling schedule score wise along with venue will be notifies by the organizing authority after declaration of result. The qualified candidates have to attend certification in any one of the designated nodel center as per the schedule. The details of ranks distributed polytechnic colleges, rank wise for certificate verification and all other important information is placed on the website. No separate call letters sent to qualified candidates for attending the counselling.
