The HPBOSE-Board has successfully conducted the Secondary School Examination as per the scheduled time table . HP Board 10th Result 2020

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education shortly called as HPBOSE and was established 1969 located head quarter at Shimla later shifted to Dharamshala in January 1983. The Board started with a staff of 34 Officials which has subsequently increased to 643. The Education Board prescribes syllabus, courses of instructions and test books for school education in the Hp state besides conducting examinations based on courses listed. The board conducts examination for following classes and courses 10th, 12th, J.B.T and T.T.C. As many as 5 lakhs candidate annually appear in the examination conducted by the Board. 

The board has set up 1650 examination centres thought the state.Presently more than 8000 schools are affiliated with the Board. The Board has set up 1846 Examination centres throughout the state. Board also publishes text books for classes 1st to 12th. The board has decided to improve the evaluation system and there results, has set up divisional offices of the board name as Shimla, Mandi. Apart from a liaison office at shimla , the board has also established 19 sale book depots / information centers in the state to cater to the needs of students. Responsibilities of the Board

1.Grant and withdraw recognition to the Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools.

2. Advise the government on matters of policy relating secondary and higher secondary education in general and other matters.

3. Lay down guiding principles regarding curricula and syllabus for entire  secondary and higher secondary courses and to prepare the detailed syllabus for all standards of 9th, 10th and 11th, 12th.

4. Advise the Government in standard requirement in respect of staff, buildings, furniture, equipment , stationery and other amenities required for Secondary and Higher Secondary schools.

5. Prescribe and prepare text-books for all standards of secondary and higher secondary educations.

6. Prescribe conditions for admission of regular and private candidates to the final examinations.

7. Declare the results of the candidates at the final examination.

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has released the HPBOSE 10th Result 2020 month of may every year. The board responsible for determining the policy related administrative, cognitive and intellectual direction of the state educational system. The Unit strives to provide Scheme of Studies, curriculum, academic guidelines, textual material, support material, enrichment activities and capacity building programme.

The above table shows the number of candidates appeared in the final examination, total pass percentage of girls, total pass percentage of girls and overall pass percentage of 10th results. In the year 2016, an number of students appeared for the examination 1,22,614 which 66.43 were boys and 67.56 were girls and the overall percentage is 66.88.  While are talking about the year 2017 for the same thing a number  of students appeared for the examination 1,15,317 which 65.27 were boys and 70.15 were girls and the overall percentage is 67.57, it is clear that the percentage of the Result is increase day by day.   

How to Check HPBOSE 10th Class Result 2020 Via Online

Step-1 : Logging to the official website http://hpbose.org

Step-2 : Search for related link

Step-3 : Enter your Roll Number / Student Name

Step-4 : After enter the details click on the button”Submit”

Step-5 : Entry’s are correct result along with marks will be displayed.

Step-6 :  if entry’s are  incorrect, click on reset button, again fill the required details, then  click find results button.

 Step-7 : Save it, download it and print a copy for further use

The Board has ventured to conduct the Supplementary examination for the failed candidate of the examination of March in June month of every year itself, this will enable the students who would be successful in the June examination to join higher education courses in the same academic year from July itself. According to official notification, the candidates who have failed to clear the exam can submit their examination form and fee for compartment examination.

The HPBOSE Board will be released HP Board 10th Result 2020 along with the total pass percentage of the students, who have written the 10th along with pass percentage of the students of Boys and girls separately, state wise merit list, top-10 number scores and name and state wide top-10 numbers scores and Names. The result contain a name, roll number, father name, total marks, grade…etc. Candidates can check the result SMS or online modes. The original mark sheet and passing certificate would be collected from the respective colleges / schools.
