Nykaa’s ₹ 5,352 crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on Thursday i.e. October 28. The primary market offering will comprise a fresh issue of ₹ 630 crore and an offer for sale of 4.19 crore shares. Nykaa has fixed the issue price at ₹ 1,085-1,125 per share. The IPO will close on November 1 and the shares are likely to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
Existing investors, including TPG Growth IV SF Pte and Lighthouse India Fund, will offload their holdings in the IPO. Ahead of its initial public offering, Nykaa and Nykaa Fashion operator FSN E-Commerce Ventures garnered ₹ 2,396 crore from 174 anchor investors.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 12 shares and in multiples of 12 shares thereafter, up to 14 lots. The offer includes a reservation of up to 250,000 shares for purchase by eligible employees, the company said in a statement.
