OJEE 2023 : Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Odisha JEE 2023 is an state level entrance 
examination will organized by JEE Cell, Orissa State Government. OJEE exam is conducted in the month May in online mode in Computer Based Test (CBT) , for admissions into First year Pharmacy / Integrated MBA, Lateral Entry at second year Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy / MCA / and First year MCA / MBA / M.Tech / M. OJEE Notification 2023
OJEE is state level entrance exam for access to Under graduate Under Graduate & Post graduate courses who passed 10+2 / Degree its equivalent examination. Generally JEE Cell issue of OJEE 2023 Notification in the Month of March and exam will conducted in May & June. Admission to B.E, B.Tech, B.Plan (LE) and MBA / MCA / M.Tech / M Pharm / M Arch / M Plan courses shall be basis OJEE 2023 . Eligible candidates may apply for entrance exam through online application form only through the official website.
Eligibility Criteria for OJEE 2023
Nationality and Domicile
1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality and Domicile of Odidha.
2. The candidate other than Indian National should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned.
Educational Qualifications
1st Year Degree Courses :
Pharmacy :
1.Candidates should have Passed/appearing for 10+2 Science examination of CHSE or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject. The candidate should have passed individual subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.
2. There is no age limit
BAMS and BHMS
Candidates should have Passed / appearing for 10+2 Science examination of CHSE or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (Botany and Zoology) with at least 50% marks in aggregate (Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together) for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ ST candidates.
Lateral Entry Courses -B.E/B.Tech /B.Pharm/B.Plan
Admission to 2nd year Degree Courses in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy for Diploma Holders
Engineering / Technology :
1. Candidates should have Passed / appearing for three year diploma examination (two year in case of Lateral entry Diploma) in Engineering/Technology/ from State Council of Technical Education and Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute / from a recognized University as defined by UGC with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.
2. There is no age limit.
Pharmacy :
1. Candidates should have Passed / appearing for diploma examination in two years diploma course after 12th standard in Pharmacy with minimum 45% (40% marks for SC / ST category) of marks in aggregate from Odisha State Board of Pharmacy (OSBP) or SCTE&VT or from an AICTE approved Institution / from a recognized University as defined by UGC for direct admission to the third semester degree courses.
2. There is no age limit.
Lateral Entry Courses-2nd year Degree Courses in Engineering / Technology for B.Sc / +3 Sc. candidates
Candidates should have Passed / appearing fo Bachelor’s Degree examination of three years duration in Science from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks for ST/SC category) and must have passed 12th standard with Mathematics as a subject.
MCA Courses
1st Year MCA :
1.Candidates should have Passed /appearing for Bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration in any discipline from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC and must have passed in Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. Business Mathematics at +2 level is not permitted.
2. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying Examination.
3. If the candidate has passed BCA / BSc (IT/CS/IST/ITM) with mathematics as a subject, he/she may appear the entrance test without Mathematics at 10+2 level.
4. There is no age limit.
Lateral Entry at 2nd year MCA :
1. Candidates should have Passed / appearing for Bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration in BCA, B. Sc. (IT/ Computer Science/IST/ITM) from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC and must have passed in Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduate Level. Business Mathematics at +2 level is not permitted.
2. Candidates who have prosecuted Graduation in BCA, B. Sc. (IT/ Computer Science/IST/ITM) with mathematics as a subject at 10+2 or graduation level in approved institutes of other states are allowed to take admission in Private colleges.
3. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% (45% marks for SC/ST category) at the qualifying Examination.
4. There is no age limit
MBA Courses
1. Candidates should have Passed or appearing for final year of Bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC/AICTE. (or)
2. Candidates should have Passed / appearing for final year of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/ Architecture/Pharmacy examination of minimum four/five years duration in any discipline from any University of Odisha or from a recognized University as defined by UGC/AICTE. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
3. There is no age limit.
M.Tech (Regular)
1. Candidate should have Passed or appearing for final year of Bachelor’s Degree examination (B. Tech)/MSc in the relevant field from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
2. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
3. There is no age limit.
M. Tech (Part time)
1. Passed the Bachelor’s Degree of examination in the relevant discipline/field/program from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
2. Minimum of Two years full time work experience in a registered firm / Company / Industry / Educational and / Government, Autonomous Organizations in the relevant field in which admission is sought.
3. There is no age limit.
M. Pharmacy
1. Candidate should have Passed / appearing of Bachelor’s Degree of examination or equivalent in Pharmacy from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
2. The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
3. There is no age limit.
M.Arch
1.Candidate should have Passed or appearing Bachelor’s Degree of examination in the relevant field in Architecture from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
2.The candidate should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) at the qualifying examination.
3. There is no age limit.
M.Plan
1. A pass in recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering or Master’s Degree in Economics, Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Statistics, Social works with specialization in Community Development and Rural Development.
2. Obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.
Integrated MBA (5 Years)
1. Passed or appearing in 2018, 10+2 examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent. The candidate should have passed all the individual subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in all the subjects taken together.
2. There is no age limit to admission to this course.

How to Apply-OJEE Online Application form 2023
The candidate after satisfying the eligibility criteria of test, can apply online mode at official website only. Applicant has to register for before filling the application, then login using the application number and password. After filling the application, then pay the fee. Candidate shall take printout of the application and store it for future reference.
Step-1 : Fill details in Registration Form
1. Logging to the official website http://ojee.nic.in or .http://odishajee.com and click on ‘Odisha Joint Entrance Examination- 2023”Application Form…”.
2. After a new page appear on the screen
Form A : BAMS & BHMS / Pharmacy / Pharmacy and BAMS & BHMS
Form B : Lateral Entry (Engineering, Pharma) & B.Sc.(LE)
Form C : MCA / MBA / Lateral Entry MCA
Form D : PGAT (M.Tech / M.Tech(PT) / M.Arch / M.Pharm / M.Plan)
Form E : Combination of MBA and MCA / MBA and LE-MCA / MBA and PGAT
Form F : Integrated MBA course ( 5-Years)
3. Choose the correct Application Form among- A, B, C, D, E & F. You are allowed to register in one application form only. Based on your qualification and what you are interested to study, choose correct entrance test and for that choose the correct form.
4. After clicking the link you will redirected to online application form, fill the entire academic, study, reservation and personal details and choose password.
5. After submission of the required data asked during online form fill-up, the candidate has to click, submit button.
6. Once you have created your password and registration/application number is generated, you can login as many times for uploading images and fee payment
Step-2 Uploading of Photo, Signature & Thumb Impression
7. After successful saving the details, the candidates will have to upload the Candidate Photograph (3.5*4.5 cm), signature (3.5*1.5 cm) and Left Hand Thumb Impression (3.5*1.5 cm), click on the “Submit” button.
Step-3 : Pay the Examination fee
8. After that, go to payment button, Make payment of fee through online mode.
9. click on the ” Online payment” link , then fill the required details and click ” Make payment ” link. (or)
10. e-Challan mode for payment is possible in State Bank of India. After on line application form filled up, e- challan form option will be visible. Candidate should print the challan. Then move to any branch of State Bank of India branch and pay the fee.
Step-4 : Print the OJEE Application form 2023
11. Click on appearing as “Print” link, enter the required details, click submit button and take the printout.
Test Centers
The candidate should fill the name of examination centre where he / she wants to appear in the test. Examination centre once opted by the candidate shall not changed under any circumstances, however authority reserves the right allot any centre in of the exigencies.

Authorization will be issued the hall tickets in online mode only. The admit card contain in Candidate name, father name, Mother Name, hall ticket number, exam date, exam time, medium, candidate photograph, candidate signature, examination center name and exam day instructions. The admit card will be issued only to those candidates whose application form has been accepted by the examination authority. Hall ticket is necessary document to sitting in the examination hall, candidates the download the admit card with the stipulated duration and preserve the print out till admission process is over.

The examination authority will publish the answer key of the entrance test in online. OJEE 2023 exam response sheet answers will be released in two stages, that is provisional and final. Candidates can calculate their marks in examination, after knowing the total number of answers correctly marked by them, with the help of key. Candidates will also able to challenge the provisional answer key, if they have valid proof that a particular question or answer is wrong. The final answer key with results will be released after considering all the objections raised by all the participate candidates.

The result contain candidate, father name, hall ticket number, marks, rank and other details. The authorization, those numbers will be published through the result will be called for the counselling. After declaration of results, eligible candidates can download rank card from official web portal.
