OUCET  2016 Syllabus 
OUCET-2016 notification given in Telangana state, syllabus will available their official website.The examination will be 1 1/2 hours duration consisting of only one paper as per syllabus.The examination  (OUCET 2016)  will be conducted in English only except languages.
The candidate should be understand how to use the  syllabus  knowledge while  preparing for the exam can  work only on those topics of subjects which are important and exclude unimportant topics.Try to attend or practice the more mock tests that will be help to exam.

OUCET 2016 Exam pattern

1. There will be one question paper for 1 1/2 hours (90 Minutes)
     duration.
2. The question paper will be in English only except languages.
3. The question paper will carry a total 100 marks.
4. The question paper will contain a total of 100 questions with objective type and multiple choice.
5. Multiple choice questions with four alternatives a,b,c,d candidate select  the  correct  option Out of the  given option,the candidate  gives  more then one answer  to any  question  such  answers  will  be  ignored  while  awarding marks.
6. The entrance test will consist of any 3 or 4 varieties objective type  items   such    as  analogies,   classification ,  matching, comprehension of a research study,experiment,theoretical point of view…etc will multiple  answers   besides the usual multiple choice item.The items will  be framed only from the syllabus of entrance test.    
7. The answers for the questions are to  marked on the  Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet darking the respective ovals will Black / Blue pen only. 
8. 100 questions with 100 marks.
9. No Negative marks.

M.P.Ed course the entrance test will be of 75 multiple choice objective questions for 75 marks.Remaining 25 marks will be awarded by the Department of physical education,Osmania University for the sports achievements at different levels.

Candidate have to appear for a common entrance,namely BCBTESFSGMND comprising of Part-A ( Chemistry for 40 marks),Part-B ( one of the optional  studied   at B.Sc level for 60 marks.The optional are Physics, Botany,  Zoology,Gentics) Microbiology , Biochemistry and Biotechnology.

Eligibility  for AP LPCET 2016 

1. Nationality
    
A) Candidate should be should be Indian nationality.

B) Candidate should be belong to the state of Andhara Pradesh only and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the AP educational Institutions or 1974 as subsequently amended.

2. Educational qualifications

  Candidate who have passed minimum qualifying examinations are 

A) Telugu pandit
    
B.A (Telugu Literature) / B.A (Oriental language Telugu) / Bachelor of Oriental Language Telugu / A Graduate Degree with optional subject Telugu / M.A (Telugu).

B ) Hindi Pandit 

A Graduate Degree with optional subject Hindi/Bachelor of Oriental Language Hindi / Praveen Bharat Hindhi Prachar Sabha / Vidwen of Hindi Prachara Sabha, Hyderabad / any other equivalent recognized qualification in Hindi (BA) standard by the government of AP / M.A (Hindi).

C) Candidates who have appeared for  final qualifying examination  (or)  its  equivalent during this academic year are also eligible to apply LPCET 2016. Entrance examination subject to the condition that they should produce their pass certificates at the time of counseling without fail.

D) The candidates who have passed the above examination as on the date of submission of application are eligible to appear for entrance examination.

3. Age Criteria 

The candidates  should have completed 19 years of age as on the July of the year of admission  01/07/2016 . There is No upper age limit.

How to Apply

1. Candidates  has to pay the fee in above centers,candidate will get a “Journal Number” (It is only a conformation the fee received),which is necessary to fill the online application.

2. Login to the official website,fill the online application form with required details,upload photo & signature and submit.Take the printout.

 
Examination centers 

The entrance test shall be conducted in all the 13 districts of the AP state. Candidate can choose any examination centre (District) gets exhausted that particular examination centre (District) will not be displayed in the list of examination centers given in the online application form.

2. Option of the college exercised in counseling.
3. Rule of reservation.

4. Reservation for under special category.

Qualifying marks 

General  category of candidate shall be 35% of aggregate marks and No minimum marks for SC/ST category candidates.

Eligibility for  AP LAWCET 2016 

1. Nationality and Domicile 

The candidate should be an Indian National and should satisfy local/ unreserved status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Institutions order,1974 and the amendment made there to from time to time.

2. Educational qualifications 

3 year LLB course
The candidate for 3 year LLB should have passed any graduate degree (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University with 45% of aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the universities concerned.If any candidate secured less than 45% in graduation he should have passed any additional graduation (or) post graduation with 45%.
5 year LLB course
The candidate for 5 year LLB should have passed two years Intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with 45 % of aggregate marks (or) any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned (or) the board of Intermediate Education,Andhra Pradesh.
Above 3/5 year LLB courses Relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examinations in favour of the candidates belonging to SC/ST.

3. Age limit 

3 year LLB course
The maximum age limit for a candidate seeking admission into 3 year LLB course shall be 30 years and relaxable by 5 years in case of SC / ST candidates,respectively as on 31st December of the year of seeking admissions.
5 year LLB course
The maximum age limit for a candidate seeking admission into 5year LLB course shall be 20 years and relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates,respectively as on 31st December of the year of seeking admissions.
Note
The applicant who have obtained 10+2 or Graduation/Post graduation through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission into the law courses.
